The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and with lovely, clean rooms. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of choices. However, the noise level from other guests was a disturbance during the stay.

My stay at the hotel was beyond what I expected for a budget option. The rooms were lovely and clean, very fancy and exceeded our expectations. However, the size was a bit cramped even outside peak times. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful staff showing us around and offering a hearty breakfast. The location, while slightly run down outside, surprised me with the pleasant interior and was perfect for our visit. The dining experience had its lows with limited options, but the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, great value for money!

I had the best nights sleep in ages thanks to the fantastic rooms with black out curtains. They were modern, comfortable, bright, and clean, equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was very comfy, and the power shower was fantastic. The service was really friendly and helpful; the staff were first aid trained, informed us about emergency procedures, and offered excellent support. The location was great and convenient, with a short walk into the city centre and easily walkable to all main sites, despite being up a steep hill which might be challenging for some. The dining experience was high quality with lots of choices and good value for money, although it could be better with more options for a Hilton standard. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

While the lack of availability led to being offered a twin room instead, the service was impeccable. The location was excellent, providing easy access to everything the city has to offer. The dining experience was good but with some room for improvement.
